This article triggered Al Sharpton’s latest swipe at Barack Obama and highlights a question floating around. In short, should Barack Obama get a ‘pass’ from the African American electorate because of the historic implications and possibilities of his candidacy?  Al Sharpton says, “No.” And further, asks, “Why shouldn’t we ask questions?” Of course, it makes no sense for anyone to put their heads in the sand and not ask tough questions of any presidential candidate.
