Blue Eyes, Smart – Brown Eyes, Stupid
According to University of Louisville Professor Joanne Rowe,
Blue eyed people are better strategic thinkers than brown eyed people. And while Brown-eyed people succeeded in activities such as football and hockey, lighter-eyed participants proved to be more succesful in activities that required skills in time structuring and planning such as golf, cross-country running and studying for exams, the scientists said. Louisville University professor Joanna Rowe, who conducted the tests, said the results suggested an unexplored link between eye colour and academic achievement. Blue-eyed people better off, say scientists, news.com.au
Professor Rowe, what scientific research methods did you use? Oh, none. You just kinda looked around:
“It is just observed, rather than explained,” she said.
“There’s no scientific answer yet.”

Oh. But wait, there’s more:
Light-eyed individuals and even light-eyed animals perform better at behaviors requiring delay, self-pacing, or non-reactors, while dark-eyed individuals and animals perform better at behaviors requiring speed, sensitivity or reactivity, according to a paper authored by University of Louisville professor emeritus Joanne Rowe and e-mailed to Foxnews.com.
Study: Blue-Eyed People ‘Smarter’ than Brown-Eyed, FoxNews.com
This study compares dark-eyed individuals and animals to light-eyed individuals and animals. What would the controls even look like for such a study? Well, Rowe’s not tellin’. And it all seems specious to me, but this “study” is on fire this morning spreading all over the internet and television. I guess I’m giving it publicity here too, but I trust that all of you stopping by AAR have critical thinking abilities…even if you have brown eyes.
I wanted you to hear it from me.
This study is bad news for America. Not a lot of blue eyes here.
The richest man in the world is Mexican, he has brown eyes.
