A few days ago I remembered an important tactic Karl Rove talked about during his presentation. Rove said that although he has been accused of attacking his opponents weaknesses, that’s not necessarily the case. Instead, Rove prefers to attack the opposing candidate’s strength in a way that it becomes a weakness. Rove or the moderator, I am not certain which one, brought up John Kerry’s failed presidential campaign and how the Swiftboat attacks stuck and swept like wildfire.
