Katherine has spoken of being on a journey to learn more about the reality of racism in 2009. Sometimes that journey gets bumpy, as it did this week. Here are her reflections:

Today we kick off an experiment that I am very excited about! I know that those of you who comment on this site are the reason a sense of community exists here.
