I am deeply saddened to hear what you have been through. What a horrible ordeal. These thugs did not attack you because they are black, they attacked you because they are brutal criminals and should be punished. It's my bet that these predators prey on all colors of people.
I hope you reported your case to the police, the local papers and local civil rights commission if you believe it was a hate crime. There is Federal Enforcement for Civil Rights denials and sounds like they denied your right to be in a public park!!
I will pray for you and hope you and your loved ones and other concerned citizens in your community fight for justice. Prosecute them! And sue the bastards for civil damages.

Given that you've read through comment threads on this site, and have seen the diversity of opinion they display, I would like to understand why you would presume your comments not coming up right away would have anything to do with your color? And I am curious as to why you would think anything in your comment would identify you as "not black?"

After "what it's like to be Black in America", I would love to see a program about "what it's like to be Native American in this country." But I doubt the FCC would allow that.
